A Little About David
After living most of his life in Texas David relocated to North Georgia in 2010 to pursue his passion, colored pencil art. Leaving behind a career as a landscape designer David embarked on a new life chapter that has proven to be both refreshing and rewarding.
With each of David's works God's gifting is evident. He is inspired by the simple things in life and each of his pieces exhibit his creative spirit. From a cowboy proudly riding a horse, to a fisherman casting his line into a stream on a brisk October morning or a sleigh gliding through the winter's snow David's spirit is captured for all to experience.
David's drawings are often mistaken for photographs because of the detail in each piece.
David is a commissioned artist whose work is featured as part of the Booth Western Art Museum's permanent acquisition and has been featured in exhibits across Georgia and Texas, including the Georgia State Capital, and sold not only to individual collectors but in charity auctions and galleries.
